KING HINTSA TVET COLLEGE 2023 GRADUATION
The College hosted its Annual Graduation and certification ceremony on the 14th September 2023 at Dutywa Campus. This year’s event was a culmination of planning, effort and dedication that the college management and staff has put in order to ensure that students who have completed their courses are acknowledged.
The ceremony took place in two folds with the morning and afternoon sessions with Level 4, N3 Certificate in the morning, N6 certificates and National N Diplomas in the afternoon. The College Council Chairperson, Prof. Z. Ndevu constituted the graduation and College Acting Principal, Mr Ntlangano welcomed all guests and especially the key stakeholders (students). The guest speaker Mrs N Gwarube (founder of Likhanye Consulting Engineers) had words of encouragement and motivated all graduates, as this was the first step to a gateway to possibilities. “The world is an open to you and opportunities are there for the TVET graduate as the world is moving towards a more skills development and that provides opportunities for TVET graduates/students”.
All graduates’ certificates were handed out by HOD and Senior lecturers in their respective programmes. This gives the lecturing staff an opportunity to partake in the graduation.
The second session started at 13h00 for N6 Certificates and Nation N Diplomas in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Financial Management, Management Assistance, Public Relations, Public Management, Marketing Management, Farming Management, Civil Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism.
Our Theme “Life is what you choose” and we know the journey has not been easy. Today is your day and we celebrate you- these were the words uttered by Dr N Mtsi our second session guest speaker.
